Actually we are
looking for
companies in

insiders are
accumulating
shares and

companies. So,
we draw a slight
distinction
between buying
(perhaps a
one-time
transaction) and
accumulation
(buying over a
period of time).
Yes, this is
very subjective,
but we enjoy the
challenge of
discovering new
companies in
which the
insiders are
accumulating and
then issuing Buy
Alerts to our
subscribers.
We've been good
at this and we
are averaging
well over 100%
gains on all
closed
transactions
which are posted
on our website.
We just issued
two new Buy
Alerts last
Friday (both oil
& gas companies)
and will be
issuing a new
Buy Alert on a
gold company on
Tuesday morning
after the
markets open.
All of our Buy

well as new

There are no
specific insider
names associated
with this
reported, so we
do not rely upon
this data. We
view this data
as merely very
preliminary
information at
best. These
reports indicate
if company
officers,
directors and
other insiders
have made a
trade on either
the TSX or TSX
Venture Exchange
during the
previous day.
